Skyler Flores, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist who chose pelvic health as a specialty in college. She is a native Texan who received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. She has dedicated her career helping patients who have often been told that their symptoms are “normal” or that they should simply have to live with them.

Certified in the Barbell Rehab Method and as Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Dr Skyler is especially passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies again. Her approach blends hands-on therapy, movement retraining, education, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle support, empowering clients to understand their bodies and take an active role in their healing. She has extensive experience in treating pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy & postpartum care, chronic pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and sexual pain.

Outside of the clinic, Dr Skyler is a military wife who enjoys reading, weight lifting, running, and going for walks with her dog. She believes that understanding your body is the foundation for healing, and that movement and education empower people to take control of their health and improve their quality of life.
